Report every incident
Whenever an incident occurs while on duty, you MUST make a report. This can range from an altercation with an inmate, to noticing misconduct from another Corrections Officer.

Small incidents
For small incidents, you may use the
#incident-reports channel in the DOC Discord.3
Serious incidents
For serious incidents - ones regarding HUT or Life Inmates, or reporting another officer, please contact a member of High Command.
